THE JOURNEY

    Day 1: Arriving on the land. Opening circle. Grounding into the body.

    Day 2: Exploring the tender realm of touch. Giving and receiving. Softening boundaries and expanding relational awareness.

    Day 3: Somatic Consent. Voice activation. Land art. Witnessing the earth as a living organism. Self expression through folk storytelling and dance.
